Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the continental United States ship via ground carrier and typically arrive within five to seven business days of leaving our studio. In-stock items usually ship within two to three business days of ordering; made-to-order and custom pieces ship according to the lead time listed on their product page. We ship from Hudson, New York, and partner-made items, ceramics, baskets, and boards, are consolidated here before going out.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries outside the United States, with rates and estimated delivery times calculated at checkout once you enter a destination address. International delivery generally takes ten to twenty-one business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Reach out to us before sending anything back and we'll provide a return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we've received and inspected the returned item, usually within five business days. Custom commissions and pieces marked final sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within seven days of delivery with a photo of the damage and its packaging. We'll send a replacement where one is available or issue a full refund, and we cover return shipping on any item that arrived damaged. Beyond the initial delivery window, our ongoing repairs program covers wear, breakage, or damage on handwoven textiles, ceramics, and serving boards indefinitely.
